Cancellations & Refunds:
Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show: If you fail to collect the vehicle without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Vehicle Return & Refund:
Vehicles sold are generally final and non-refundable.
However, if the buyer discovers a major undisclosed mechanical issue within 7 days, we may offer:
A free repair
Vehicle replacement (if available)
Or a partial refund, depending on the case
Vehicles must be returned in original condition with all documents and no new damage.
Deposit Refunds:
Sourcing services may require a non-refundable deposit to initiate the search.
If a suitable vehicle isn’t found within the agreed period, we may offer:
A partial refund
Or apply the deposit to another service
Payment for inspection services is non-refundable once the inspection is completed.
If a scheduled inspection is canceled 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund.
Rescheduling is allowed once, with no additional fee, if notified in time.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
